These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Mythoswin (“we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your use of our website, account and games. By registering an account you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Responsible Gaming pages.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and resident in Great Britain to open an account.
• You may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses removed.
• You must not be self-excluded through GAMSTOP or any other gambling operator.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and using funds that belong to you.

2. Registration and verification

We verify your name, date of birth and address before you can deposit or play. We may also request documents such as photo ID, proof of address or proof of the source of your funds at any time. If verification cannot be completed, your account will be restricted until it is.

3. Deposits

The minimum deposit is £10. We accept debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Trustly and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted. All accounts are held in pounds sterling. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits at any time.

4. Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal is £10; standard accounts may withdraw up to £10,000 per week.
• Withdrawals are paid to the method used to deposit wherever possible.
• Most e-wallet and Trustly withdrawals are processed in under 3 hours; debit cards and bank transfers take 1–3 working days.
• We never charge fees for deposits or withdrawals.

5. Bonus terms

All promotions are optional. Unless stated otherwise on the promotion page:

• Welcome bonus: 100% of your first deposit up to £500, plus 100 free spins (£0.10 each) on Book of Ra Deluxe. Minimum deposit £10. Skrill and Neteller deposits are not eligible.
• Wagering: bonus funds and free-spin winnings must be wagered 10 times within 30 days. Slots contribute 100%; table and live games contribute 10%.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is £5 per spin or round (£2 for players aged 18–24).
• Cashback is paid as cash with no wagering requirement.
• You may cancel an active bonus at any time from your account; any remaining bonus funds will then be removed.

6. Game rules and stakes

Each game carries its own rules and return-to-player (RTP) figure, shown in the game information panel. In line with UK regulation, online slots are limited to a stake of £5 per spin (£2 for players aged 18–24), and feature-purchase options are not available. Malfunctions void all pays and plays.

7. Account closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts where we suspect fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or breach of these Terms. Any legitimately held balance will be returned to you.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, contact support by live chat or email. We aim to resolve every complaint within 8 weeks. If you remain dissatisfied, you may refer the matter to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider, details of which we will give you on request.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or on login, and continued use of your account means you accept the updated version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
